Nurturing your whole child

Building EQ & IQ

At Robinson Lloyd Resiliency Group, we engage students with proven solutions. Our main focuses are mental health, social-emotional skills, and academic support. Our team of educators, counselors, and resiliency coaches bring skills above and beyond to adopt an integrative approach to help students nurture their EQ and IQ to be more successful in their personal and academic lives.

Why We Work

Suicide is 2nd leading cause of death

Between youth 10-34 years old

Only 50.6% of students 6-17 with mental disorders get treatment

Mental Health is inaccessible due to cost, lack of insurance, time

“This program improved my relationship with my child.”

Research shows childhood adversity leads to numerous health complications, which decrease academic performance, focus, self-perception, life satisfaction and exacerbate mental health complications. And the necessary early development interventions have only become more relevant since the pandemic.

We are a student empowerment network of coaches, counselors, and facilitators that utilizes evidence-based modalities to increase students’ self-efficacy and confidence. We track their improvements in grit, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression management before and after the program. We offer customized solutions to parents dedicated to helping their students become better versions of themselves at home, at school, and in the world.

My daughter has gained confidence and is easier to talk to. I am happy she is able to talk to Mrs. Lloyd and feels comfortable. This program has been a major help inside of my home.

Parent

To be honest, if we didn’t have the Resilient Stars Program, we would not have known how to deal with this stress. It taught us how to share our emotions appropriately and resolve daily challenges.

The program helped me manage my feelings, rethink ways I behave, focus on myself, learn to find ways to evaluate my feelings and others around me, and overall become more mindful.

The Resilient Stars program helps my daughter build a healthy mindset, confidence and work ethic. Her academics have improved drastically.

The programs helped me to relax and relieve some pent-up mental and emotional stress, to find better ways to cancel out distractions and to point out things that are holding me back and things that could push me forward.

This program has helped my son become aware of his emotions and provided him with tools that allow him to express when he isn’t feeling like himself, along with some practices on how to relieve himself of feeling down/sad.
